How to lose weight naturally

Losing weight has become difficult for most people. There are so many diets to choose from and most of them do not work. There are natural stuff that you can take to help you lose weight, by taking this simple concoction every morning and every night before you go to bed.

Lemon/Lime Juice
When you wake up in the morning, drink a glass of lemon/lime juice, mixed together with warm water. Mix together, two medium fresh lemons to one (1) cup of warm water. This should be the FIRST thing you intake in the morning. This should become part of your daily regiment and mix and new batch of this juice each day. The lemon just helps to burn fat, and will help slow the digestion of carbs in your system

After drinking the lemon water you eat your first meal 30 - 45 minutes later.

Eat moderately
I am a believer that you can eat anything you want and not gain weight, but the secret to eating is "eat in moderation". Have a large breakfast, a medium lunch, and a small dinner, (if you are not an active person). If you have a large dinner make sure you do not go to sleep right away. Eat snack in between meals, this will help curb your metabolism.

Drink plenty of water, eat fruits and vegetables, and above all things no matter what you eating, eat in moderation. Do not be greedy, that is what is making us fat we are stretching our stomach walls to the limit.

A little lemon drinks before bed
After a good workout, can eat your snack, or dinner depending on when you do your work। Your last part of your regiment finishes with a warm cup of lemon juice. Remember while you are sleeping the lemon juice which also act as a cleanser will be burning off all our fat.
