How to make a delicious tropical fruit smoothie

It's now summer and the days are really hot. Fruits are in abundance, so why not amke yourself a refreshing cup of smoothing that will help with the heat. Plus its healthy and refreshing. Here is the recipe for a tropical smoothie


INGREDIENTS
` 1 tsp Honey
`1 Medium Mango
`2-3 Slices of Papaya
`1 Ripe banana
`8 cup of Strawberry
`1 cup plain yogurt
`1/2 cup orange juice
`Cubes of ice


DIRECTIONS
In a blender or a shaker, place mango, payaya, banana,strawberry and ice and blend togather. Use a spoon to scoop the remaining fruits from the sides of the blender. Pour orange juice, yogurt and honey and continue to blend until smoothe.

Pour into a glasses to serve

Tips
A tip of rum can be added
