How to barbecue ribs

It is the summertime and time to start grilling. If you want a delicious barbecue ribs recipe, you are at the right place. The secret to a good barbecue is all about timing, the seasoning and the amount of heat. BBQ MUST be SLOWED COOK.
-------------------------------------
Things You’ll Need:
Ribs
Honey
Brown Sugar
Orange juice
Red stripe beer/beer
Honey bbq sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Cloves garlic, crushed
Ketchup
Cinnamon
Salt & pepper
Apple cider vinegar

--------------------------------
Step1 Prepare spareribs by cleaning properly for seasoning. In a bowl mix brown sugar, orange juice, crushed garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, cinnamon and salt and pepper.

Rub all the ingredients all over the ribs and let marinate over night in the refrigerate.

Then precook the ribs for a 30 -40 minutes depending on the amount, this will make the ribs come out moist.
-------------------------------------
Step2 Preheat grill for medium heat, I recommend using charcoal fire, because this is where the beer comes in. Brush grill with oil. When you place the rib onto the grill, you will pour the beer directly to the fire, it should emit smoke which will give flavor to the ribs. Continue to do this at least every 2 hrs, depending on how long you are cooking the ribs for.
--------------------------
Step3 *Mix base*
Combine brown sugar, orange juice, cinnamon, ketchup, garlic, soy sauce, cider vinegar and honey BBQ sauce mixed together to form a paste.

Base ribs occasionally, you will need to cook your ribs like this for several hours. You want the inside of your grill to hold a temperature around 200 to 225 degrees F. The ribs is finishing cooking when the meat become tender and loose around the bones.
